Live and Learn...

Well, it's been about three weeks since our car broke down and two week since we were told it was the engine. Well after two weeks of waiting on the warranty to decide, yesterday they decided not to cover the engine. They say right when it overheated we should've pulled over and got towed. It wouldn't mattered anyways, because in the small print it says they don't cover over heated engines. Even though the water pump that went out was the source of the problems which they covered, they say bottom line, they don't cover engines most of the time.
So.... all that to say, Dave Ramsey is a smart man, don't waste your money on a after market warranty, cause they'll gladly take your money and not cover much. How else do you think they stay in business?? The biggest upset is that it took two weeks to tell us that!
Now we're just waiting on some parts they need to find, once they find them, they told us it would take a couple of days. So we're hoping next week sometime?? Probably more like the week after, who knows?
